Tobias L. Eisenlohr focuses on civil litigation, criminal defense, and property rights cases. Prior to joining McKinney & Namei in 2019, he worked for municipal governments in Virginia and as a private attorney. He is at home in the courtroom, having managed hundreds of cases before over fifty jurisdictions in Virginia and Ohio. Tobias’ greatest area of interest is in private-public interactions, especially in the realm of zoning, land use planning, environmental permitting, and property rights. He also has a significant criminal defense background and prides himself on achieving positive results for his clients in the most difficult of situations. In his free time, Tobias performs as an amateur stand-up comedian at open mics around Cincinnati.
