JORGE E. DALENCE GASTELU

Jorge E. Dalence Gastelu earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 2009 from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2007 from Universidad Privada Boliviana in Cochabamba, Bolivia. He also completed nine credit hours toward a Certificate in U.S. Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Jorge brings over a decade of legal experience to his practice. From 2012 to 2019, he worked in litigation support roles, and from 2019 to 2022, he served as an attorney with the Ohio Justice & Policy Center. Earlier in his career, he volunteered with the Wage Claim Clinic in New Orleans from 2009 to 2011.
In 2022, Jorge joined McKinney & Namei as an Associate Attorney, where he focused on immigration, family, and criminal law. In January 2025, he acquired the firm’s assets and co-founded Namei & Dalence LLC. He has served as Managing Partner since June 2024.
Since beginning his practice as an attorney, Jorge has represented more than six hundred clients in state and federal courts. He is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and is recognized for his strong client-centered approach to legal advocacy.
Jorge is admitted to practice law in the states of Ohio and New York.
