M. SOFIA FINDLAN

Associate Attorney

Sofia joined Namei & Dalence LLC as an Associate Attorney in May 2025. She earned her J.D. from NKU Chase College of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in February 2025. During law school, she clerked for a small immigration firm handling asylum, removal defense, SIJS, VAWA, U Visas, and family-based petitions. She later clerked and became an Associate Attorney at a mid-sized firm focused on employment-based cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, F-1, I-140s, LCAs, and PERMs. This combination of humanitarian and business immigration work provides Sofia with a comprehensive perspective on her immigration practice. As the daughter of a Mexican immigrant, Sofia approaches each case with both legal expertise and empathy, committed to defending due process and assisting clients in achieving their goals in the United States.

Outside of the office, you can find Sofia cheering “Who Dey!” or “Go Reds!” and spending quality time with her partner, Jackson, her three cats — Steve, Beans, and Richard — and her two dogs, Pearl and Remy.
