Originally from Colombia, Valentina moved to the United States after earning a scholarship to pursue her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the U.S. Legal System at the University of Cincinnati. Before relocating, she gained experience as a paralegal at an international corporate and business law firm while completing her legal education in Colombia. During law school, she was elected by her peers to serve as student representative on her university's Board of Directors and on the Law School Faculty Committee.

Valentina has been part of the firm since May 2022. After earning her license to practice law in the United States in 2026, she transitioned into the role of attorney.

She chose to build her career in immigration law because it allows her to combine her legal training with her own experience as an immigrant. Valentina is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration system with compassion, professionalism, and a firsthand understanding of the challenges they face.

Valentina is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in Colombia.
